Meet Victoria
My career has taken me through financial planning, tax, fiduciary services, property management and real estate—and I genuinely enjoy bringing that unique combination of experience together to help others make smart, confident decisions.
My professional journey began with 10 years of service in the United States Navy and continued through decades of experience in financial planning, tax preparation, fiduciary services, commercial property management and complex estate administration. I hold an MBA, am a Certified Financial Planner ® , CPA, Professional Fiduciary and REALTOR®. I co-founded a financial planning and tax firm, managed commercial property for more than 15 years and served as executor of a substantial probate estate involving a total-loss insurance claim and complete home rebuild following the Woolsey Fire in 2018.
I also own and manage several of my own investment properties, so I understand real estate from both a professional and personal perspective. Whether I’m helping someone buy or sell a home, evaluate an investment property or comprehensively navigate an estate, I look beyond the transaction to consider value, risk, taxes, long-term goals and all the small details that can make a big difference.
Originally from the Midwest and now rooted in Malibu, I believe in working hard, being straightforward and treating people the way I would want to be treated. My approach is personal, practical and hands-on—I want my clients to feel informed, supported and comfortable throughout the process.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me traveling, surfing, hiking, camping along the California coast or exploring somewhere new with my dogs.
